MDCC v TVT Interclub '10',  Thursday 15th July

On a grey, blustery evening two incomparable teams gathered to contest  their  first annual interclub '10' mile time trial.  Nineteen  riders chosen from the cream of each club,  guests TVT and  hosts MDCC were ready for this great contest. Indeed it seemed unfair that there should be winners and losers in this tussle and so the teams fought for a winners and runners up plaque.

MDCC Ladies Championship '25'. Kate takes another win. FULL RESULTS

On a beautiful afternoon on the testing Shurlock Row '25' course Kate Hunt produced another excellent ride this afternoon  to take 'The Punch Bowl'  trophy for the  Ladies  '25' Champion.  Kate rode an impressive race looking determined from the start to win the trophy. 

Pete Weir Breaks the Club '10' Record.

Pete Weir broke his own MDCC  Club '10' record and lowered his personal best  at the Antelope '10' yesterday on the Andover course.

His sizzling ride matched the weather as he trimmed 11 seconds off last years record  to finish in  19:39.

Well Done Pete!

MDCC Mobility Trust Charity '10' July 8th

A brief report , Neil Cooper of AW Cycles won the mens event tonight with a pb for the course of 21:37, while the womens event was won by our own Kate Hunt also with a pb for the course of 24:49.

Coaching with Chris Hoy

On 3 June MDCC's coaches hosted an afternoon of coached sessions at Bisham Abbey. The coaches in attendance were Paul & Andy Richardson, Nigel Shurben, and Chris Hoy - yes that's the Chris Hoy, Sir Chris Hoy, multiple Olympic and World Champion.
