Need a secure storage "unit" for all your bikes

The club have been contacted by Crane Garden Buildings at Sunningdale (https://www.cranegardenbuildings.co.uk/ ), who are  am looking to forge alliances with cycling clubs to offer their members their high quality Sheds and Garden Studios for storage of their N+1 bikes in a nice dry environment that could also be their all year round Turbo Trainer/Zwift space away from the house.

Joint pre-Christmas group ride this Sunday

This Sunday we are going to do a joint club ride leaving Braywick at 8:45 aiming to meet up at Velolife at around 11:00.

We have a longer ride of 42 miles / 18.7mph via Twyford, Henley, Pishill, Nettlebed, Rotherfield Peppard, back to Henley and via the Wargrave Rd. to Velo.
The shorter route of 36 miles/16mph is the same route to Henley but takes a short cut up the A4130 to Nettlebed avoiding Pishill.

As the first 17 miles are common to both rides, anyone who wants to try the faster ride can give it a go knowing we will pick them up if they drop off before Henley.

Anyone wishing to do an alternative route is obviously welcome to meet us at velo.

See you at Braywick at 8:45.

New roads and sunshine - 18 riders head to Muddy Boots on the 18th

Not the most auspiciuos start to the ride for me today as my gear cable snapped within a mile of home - so I had to race back, nick my daughters bike which needed pedals and head back out. Luckily we had pre planned the route so I knew that the group would be heading off towards Clivedon and I met the 17 strong peleton en route.  It was a beautiful sunny day, and as usual we tried to plan a route that would head into the wind on the way out, so that we would have a tailwind to push us home. Today that meant heading NE, which is not a usual route for us, so Dave came up with a ride to stop at a new cafe near Chalfont St Giles.
