Seven of us met at the Clock Tower on a very warm Sunday morning.  Having made a brisk pace through Cookham, Bourne End, Marlow, Stokenchurch and Christmas Common, we met the Bird Hills group at the top of Pishill.  There we decided to join them for a ride back to Bird Hills (well Anastasia and Daniel did, the rest of us came later taking a slightly longer route).  Unfortunately my Garmin somehow deleted the activity so I can't tell you the speed, but it was just over 40 miles and reasonably quick.

Something discussed on the forum recently is the suggestion that all Sunday riders meet together and initially ride as one group before splitting later according to ability/desired speed.

We have decided to give it a try, so next Sunday 21st July both the Clock Tower and Bird Hills group will meet at Bird Hills at 8:30am.
