So what happened on the Bird Hills ride this week?  I have very little idea as for the 2^nd week I was leading a Skyride in Richmond Park.  Does anyone want to post comments?

Having looked on Strava the group that consisted of at least Colin, Les, Stuart and Michael.  The group put the hammer down from the top of Pishill to Henley as this 6mile stretch was done at a little over 29mph as they all set personal bests.  This was then followed by what looks like a race up the hill past the Flower Pot pub where some more pb’s were set.
