We now have a Photo Library

After much delay, I have finally got my act together and created a module that can integrate the photo sets that I have been posting to Flickr over the years with the MDCC website.

You can find a link in the main menu on the left, or click here.

I have just added sets for this year's Annual Dinner and also the ones from last year and 2009.

MDCC Site now back online

The site is back online after application of a set of updates. If you come across any problems please raise them in the The Website forum.

Entries and helpers for club early season open time trials

The club is again promoting two early season open time trials.

These are:

Sunday 11th March @ 10am - Hilly 30tt on a loop from Lane End, Stokenchurch, Nettlebed, Henley, Marlow to finish in Frieth.

Saturday 24th March @2pm at 15tt on 1.5 loops of the Drift Road course.

I am expect the vast majority of members to either enter or help in the running of the events.  If you wish enter you will need to pre-enter using a Open Time trial enter form.  Contact either myself or Sam Hilton if you're not sure how to do this.

22nd Jan 2012 windy with a number of sprints.

Before setting off on todays ride the group had a discussion about BB30 bottom brackets and the fitting of oval chainrings to a compact SRM. All very technical and only of direct interest to a couple of the group.

Clock tower run 15th Jan

Apart from me, it was a completely different turn out this week - nice to see Lewis back, but we missed Malcolm. As it was somehow decided that I was leading the run, as there was no-one from last week I decided we could do the same route as no-one would notice!

Bird Hills ride 15/1/12 - a cold day and green lights

On a frosty cold day 9 riders braved the conditions for a brisk ride.  Before setting off a discussion took place about the conditions with the general view that due to the lack of rain, recent gritting of roads, that if we kept off small lanes we should be ok.  Without much debate everyone appeared happy with the standard Pishill route.
