- Opening new Resources section on website, and would like members to nominate B+Bs, cafes, cycle shops, etc. in the area.
Request for open race results to be returned to either Race or Press secretaries ASAP, as Maidenhead Advertiser requires submissions by Tuesday for Friday's edition.

- At present there are no nominations, so Mick Hill agreed to remain in position until a suitable candidate can be found.

- Subscription year to be moved to January - December.
New members 'carry-over' date will be moved from 1st July to 1st September.

- Continue affiliations to CTT (nee RTTC) and WLCA. The club will rejoin British Cycling.
- Open race organisations
- The Hilly 30 course will be looked at to try and avoid Marlow centre due to traffic congestion.
