Notes

  1. A car cannot be parked at the finish point. The dividing hedge between the A404 and the adjoining Office Park road (Parkway) is too thick to provide sight of the finish point but there is ample room inside the guard rail for a seated timekeeper and number-taker and for easy cycle parking. Alternatively the finish line could be advanced by 23 yards to the large road sign where the hedge could be pruned sufficiently for a timekeeper in a car parked in the adjoining road to work with a number taker on the A404 verge.
  2. Sunday morning or Bank Holiday use only. The last rider should be clear of the A404 by 10 am. Riders must not stop at the finish but continue up the slip road to the A4155 (Care of traffic from the right) and take the second exit back to the HQ at Liston Hall, Chapel Street, Marlow.
